Transitioning from a career in law enforcement, Dustin reconnected with his building trade experience. His background in engineering and commercial HVAC, combined with a strong foundation of discipline, problem-solving, and technical expertise has honed his ability to manage complex systems. Dustin excels at coordinating operations, troubleshooting technical challenges, and contributing to efficient, high-quality project outcomes.
Derick - Owner/Operator
Derick brings valuable hands-on experience from the logging industry and residential remodeling. His background has developed a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes from the ground up. He’s skilled in working with tools, materials, and equipment, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable teamwork on every project.
