What areas do you service?

We service all of the Southern Tier & Finger Lakes region. We primarily conduct business in Chemung County, Schuyler County, and Steuben County.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance meeting NYS requirements.

Are you Licensed?

This is a common question we are asked. NYS is not a licensing state for general contractors. There are counties within NYS that require licensure, but in the counties that we serve it is not required.

How long have you been in business?

Build Brothers Construction LLC was formed in early 2025. Our team has 20+ years of construction knowledge prior.

How far out are you booking work?

Our schedule is always changing. We are normally booked for 2-3 months at a time for larger projects. We do this on purpose so there is still a chance to fit smaller jobs into the schedule.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We are able to offer financing through our billing software.
